I tell you to buy the best cut, is an offshoot brand Ham Cook. Put the ham in a toaster oven, to save in order to use enough paper to wrap the ham, pour a cup of chicken broth over the ham and wrap. Place in oven at 275 degrees for 7 hours ............ is the best ham --- seriously. They are not pre-cooked and slowly cook the ham, which is really an exquisite taste and you'll juice awesome pan sauce for ham.
Most of the cooked ham with sugar, because it preserves the smooth pumping of salted meat and smoked, but can you cook a ham and drizzle with vegetable stock or water to help retain moisture and serve with the sauce .. or nothing

The ham is a little soft by nature, anyway, in contrast to other meats such as Turkey. The easiest thing to do, a few cloves of raw ham in it stick and cook as usual. There is a nice spicy flavor but not overwhelming. Good luck!
