understand available free online, easily, and would be better if it is needed in the PDF format, but not.
My teacher teaches the class a week ago, but I do not understand in the class. (I do not know what Dreamweaver)

Dreamweaver is a very advanced web page creation. Allows you to create WYSIWYG Web page that has the features of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and more.
Normally I do not recommend all need Dreamweaver for a beginner, you at least some basic knowledge of website development to begin to understand everything that is capable of Dreamweaver, too. I am not aware of any good tutorials or Dreamweaver: - /
If you check www.webnoobie.com can see some free video tutorials. All videos on this page are for beginners, hence the name.
