Arizona Polling Places Should There Be A National Law Challanging People At The Polling Places To Produce ID Before Casting A Vote ?

Should there be a national law challanging people at the polling places to produce ID before casting a vote ? - arizona polling places

The Supreme Court annulled the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals today Arizona Voter ID Law (Proposition 200, approved and adopted by the voters of Arizona in 2004). The 9th Circuit has recently ordered the law does not permit a finding of fact by the district court, which is a kind of necessary in these cases.

Thus the law of Arizona is for this election (and possibly related). The decision of the Supreme Court held that Arizona law does not necessarily lead to the elimination of the qualified and registered as voters, because if the voter appears at a polling place without identification, he or she has five working days to go to a place already been identified to identify themselves accordingly.

It is a question of state and local level. Exit the 10th Amendment claim in this case.
