Spooler service appears to be turned on and start the service and set to automatic. To perform the action, open services.msc from Administrative Tools or the implementation

Go to Start / Run and type "services.msc" without quotes and press Enter or click OK.

In the window that (services) will look for "Print Spooler" on the right side

Click on "Print Spooler" and select "Properties."

Click on the tab "Recovery" and change all 3 drop-down fields to start "new service."

Be sure to tell the text box below 2 "1" on it.

Click OK to return to the Services window, close it and you're good to go.

Back to the properties tab of the "Spooler" and do not forget to click Start to restart the Spooler service and restarted the service immediately.

The print spooler is dependent on the Remote Procedure Call (RPC). This service is disabled? Go to services.msc look RPC. Activation Status: Automatic
